Not only do we search our database, we also direct source &/or recruit candidates for you from current employers, competitors, other companies in the Pharma & LifeSciences space, and from other industries as needed.
Employers: If you have posted a job here, and then decided to engage us on a project, we will refund the fee for the specific job posting that relates to the engaged project.
We offer the solutions below on a per project or Unlimited basis.
Sourcing: If you have an internal staffing department, but only need candidates developed so you can make the recruiting calls and close the deal, we respect that and will partner with you by providing you "qualified & interested" candidates; that's right "Qualified & Interested" in your opportunity; we contact each of them to qualify them based on skill, salary & interest. Then we hand the slate of candidates off to you. Typically for positions under the $100K base salary mark. Fee: Hourly for a minimum of 50 hours; paid 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery of candidates. *Ask about our "Unlimited Hire" program.
Recruitment: In addition to sourcing the candidates as above, we will handle the entire recruiting function for you, we not only identify target companies, and candidates, we will also pitch your company and opportunity to find the very best slate of candidates that are not only qualified, but are also very interested in working for you. We assist you in every aspect from search initiation to hire. Typically for positions under the $100K base salary mark.
Fee: Flat based on position; paid with initial deposit of 1/3 of fee and the remainder due upon hire. 100% guaranteed
Retained Executive Search: For critical positions that are above the $100K base salary mark.
Milestone-Driven Flat fixed-fee; based on mid-point of salary range; paid with initial retainer of 1/3 of fee and then on interview of candidates, with final payment due upon hire. 100% guaranteed
